You will drive KPI performance, manage disciplinary matters, scheduling and payroll, and ensure a seamless handover to day shifts. An annual 4,500£ premium applies to base salary.

Qualifications

• Delivers brilliant customer service and coaches colleagues to do the same.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Operational leadership while store management is absent.
• Meets or exceeds KPIs across sales, availability and customer satisfaction.
• Has managed employee relations issues, including performance and absence.
• Night shifts in high-volume operations are desirable with a safe, supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team overnight to deliver replenishment and prioritise deliveries.
• Run full store operation overnight and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant come morning for ready service.
• Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay.
