Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience meeting or exceeding KPIs across sales and service metrics.
• Skilled in coaching colleagues to deliver brilliant customer service.
• Experience handling employee relations issues including performance and absence management.
• Comfortable running store operations overnight with safety and team wellbeing in focus.
