Job summary

Sainsbury’s seeks an experienced Nightshift Manager to lead an overnight team across replenishment and store operations. You’ll prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and replenish shelves to ensure a strong morning start for customers.

You will coach colleagues, manage performance and disciplinaries, ensure safe night operations, and drive KPI targets while maintaining high standards and inclusivity across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to coach colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience meeting KPIs such as sales, availability, and customer satisfaction.
