This role requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends within extended venue hours; you will follow clear standards, resolve issues and escalate when needed, contributing to a safe, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude with great people skills.
• Willingness to learn on shift.
• Experience in hospitality/retail is helpful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support play on machines.
• Serve snacks and drinks to guests.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Follow health & safety, licensing, and safer gambling procedures.
• Work with the team to deliver a high-quality experience.
