Job summary

Rank Group is looking for a friendly Team Member to greet customers, support play on gaming machines, and serve snacks and drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere from first visit to last spin.

The role requires flexibility for extended venue hours, including night shifts and weekends, with full training provided and opportunities to develop customer service skills in a lively leisure environment. You’ll also contribute to a safe, compliant, and customer-focused venue culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or similar environment is helpful but not essential—full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Guest experience: Welcome, support and engage customers so visits feel enjoyable and seamless.
• Service delivery: Keep venue clean, safe and well-presented during busy periods; maintain standards.
• Machine support: Help customers start on games, troubleshoot basics, and promote responsible play.
• Safety & compliance: Follow health & safety, licensing and safer gambling rules; engage and challenge where needed.
• Team mindset: Collaborate across the floor to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
