Night Support Worker - Doncaster

Part-Time | 21 hours / week + Overtime Opportunities

Join our team as a Night Support Worker and make a real difference to vulnerable children when they need support the most. As a Night Support Worker, you will provide emotional reassurance, safety, and consistency through the night in a caring, Ofsted-rated home environment.

Your role as a Night Support Worker will involve helping young people manage their emotions, promoting stability, and being a trusted, calm presence. We are looking for compassionate, resilient Night Support Workers who can communicate well and are open to flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

No prior experience with children is essential, but experience in care or support roles is a plus.
