A prominent hotel group is seeking a night receptionist to manage reception tasks such as check-ins, check-outs, and guest services. You’ll manage the reception during the night, greeting guests upon arrival, administering check ins and check outs and ensuring all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
The Park Royal Hotel & Spa is located just outside Warrington. Our hotel is a 4*, 146-bedroom property and has a restaurant, lounge bar and terrace, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, cardio & weights room, pool, sauna, steam room, 3 tennis courts and a relaxing Elemis spa.
