Job summary

Bloc Hotel Gatwick is seeking a Night Receptionist in the Guildford area to deliver warm, efficient service during the 23:00–07:30 shift. You will greet guests, manage check-in/out, and provide information on hotel facilities and local area.

You'll work with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences, handle inquiries promptly, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. The role includes uniform, on-site parking, service charge, and staff perks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Answer calls, allocate rooms and prepare guests' bills.

Ensuring every guest receives excellent service throughout their stay.Greet our guests with a warm welcome and an infectious smile.Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently,Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local area.Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.Answering calls, allocating rooms, and preparing guests’ bills.
