Job summary

InterContinental London O2 on Greenwich Peninsula is hiring a Guest Service Agent to greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences.

You will provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions, resolve guest inquiries promptly, and collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless service; previous five-star hotel experience is advantageous.
