Receptionist – Defence Operations

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Receptionist to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full‑time basis, contracted to 42 hours per week. As a Receptionist, you will work in a welcoming team to ensure that all staff and visitors are greeted and dealt with in a warm and efficient manner.

Shift patterns: 19:30–07:30, 4 on 4 off. Please note: This role is contracted to 49 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors
  • Answering all incoming calls in a friendly manner
  • Providing administrative support across a diverse range of areas
  • Managing the ordering and distribution of office supplies
  • Ensuring the office area is always kept neat and tidy
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
Qualifications & Skills
