Night Porter

We are seeking enthusiastic, calm under pressure, team-oriented individuals to be our next Night Porter. The role typically involves a 4 on 4 off pattern of night shifts.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Adopt a security and safety conscious attitude. Ensure guest safety, satisfaction, and hotel property security—check house lists, complete fire and safety walks, maintain quiet sleeping areas during the night.
2. Complete night checklists, including reception audits (keys, invoices, preparing for the next day), cleaning schedules, preparing conference rooms and event spaces, checking guests in and out, supporting guest queries, late service, early morning wake calls, and breakfast setup as required.
3. Attend to incidents during night service, including checks and attendance in emergencies involving emergency services.

Experience and skills required:

• Experience in night working (preferred)
• Exceptional customer service skills, gained from reception or similar roles, highly advantageous
• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to present an environment exceeding guest expectations
• Excellent punctuality and attention to detail
