We are looking for a Night Porter. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Night Manager.

Working pattern: 5 days on 2 days off / 11pm to 7:30am

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Night Porter you will:

• welcome the guests;
• ensure their luggage is delivered correctly;
• assisting the concierge team and booking taxis and other forms of transport;
• answering general guest queries;
• assisting with Room Service orders and preparation of food and drinks.
