As a Night Manager, you'll guide and support our night colleagues to deliver high merchandising standards, customer service, and operational excellence—keeping everything running smoothly while the rest of the world sleeps. • Maintain accurate and timely shift reporting, handovers and performance feedback.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, wellbeing and high performance.
• Bring supervisory or management experience in retail, logistics or operations.
• Strong leadership presence—calm under pressure with a passion for motivating others.
• Commitment to high standards in compliance, risk awareness and operational routines.
• Ability to make decisions independently while keeping the wider team informed.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a drive to improve processes and people.
