Job summary

Sofitel London Gatwick is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight operations and lead hotel departments through the night shift. You will maintain service standards and guest safety, ensuring smooth operations and a calm, responsive environment for guests.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience with Micros and Opera PMS. The role offers a competitive salary, 28 days holiday, and benefits within a luxury 4-star setting.
