Sofitel London Gatwick is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight operations across all departments, ensuring service and safety standards are met. The role requires calm leadership under pressure, strong communication, and a smart professional appearance.

You will use Micros and Opera PMS to support guest care, conduct health and safety checks, and assist with incidents as needed. In return, the hotel offers a competitive salary and a range of staff benefits within the Arora group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to perform under pressure.
