Job summary

InterContinental London O2 is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to oversee overnight operations, ensuring safety and service excellence across departments. You will lead by example, manage incidents, coordinate with colleagues, and maintain the hotel’s high standards during the night shift.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and resilience. Experience with Micros and Opera PMS is essential; 5-star hospitality experience is a plus.
