A specialist care provider in North Kesteven seeks a Night Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities. This role involves assisting with daily activities, safeguarding, and fostering independence in young adults. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and a genuine passion for care. Starting pay is £12.56 for inexperienced candidates, with opportunities for career development and fully funded qualifications.
We are looking for a Night Life Practitioner to join our team at Suillean House in Sleaford, Lincolnshire.
As a Night Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
You will have a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates for those without experience are £12.56 and for those with experience it’s £13.85.
You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
