Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a dedicated night worker to help keep customers safe, buildings secure and neighbourhoods peaceful. You will join a small night team and cover 21:15–07:45 shifts, four nights on followed by four nights off, including weekends and bank holidays.

Your duties include patrolling, CCTV checks, greeting customers, handling repairs or cleaning requests, and providing first-line support when others are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Calm under pressure with great communication skills.
• Passion and experience in supporting others, either personally or professionally.
• Good judgement and clear communication.
• You recognise when things are about to go wrong and intervene sensitively.

Responsibilities

• Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
• Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning.
• First line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network aren't around to help.
• Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly.
• Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour.
