Job summary

Home Group is seeking a dedicated night worker to help maintain safety across sites in the UK. The role involves patrolling buildings, greeting customers, and handling repairs or cleaning tasks while acting as the first point of contact when others are unavailable.

You will monitor incidents calmly and work with partners to manage anti-social behaviour, with training and support from friendly colleagues and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Calm under pressure with strong communication skills.
• Experience in supporting others, personally or professionally.
• Good judgement and clear communication.
• Ability to intervene sensitively to prevent issues.

Responsibilities

• Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
• Greeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaning.
• First point of contact for customers when other teams aren’t available.
• Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairly.
• Work with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviour.
