Home Group is seeking a dedicated night worker to help keep residents safe, buildings secure and communities pleasant. You’ll be the first line of support during night hours, monitoring CCTV and responding to incidents with calm and clear communication.

You’ll also assist with repairs, cleaning, and neighbourly relations, in a role that values empathy and timely intervention. This 12-month, full-time night position (8pm–8am, 37.5 hours per week) offers training and a sense of purpose in one of

Qualificações

• Experience supporting others, personally or professionally.
• Calm under pressure with clear communication.
• Good judgement and ability to intervene sensitively.

Responsabilidades

• Walk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areas.
• Greeting customers and visitors; handling repairs or cleaning requests.
• First line of support when others are unavailable; respond to incidents calmly and quickly.
• Work with colleagues to manage anti-social behaviour.
