Places for People seeks a friendly Night Concierge for The Tower in London. You will be the first contact for residents and guests, delivering excellent service while keeping the building safe and welcoming during the 7pm–7am night shift on a 4-on 4-off rota.

You will handle queries and emergencies calmly, monitor CCTV, manage deliveries, and support safeguarding procedures. This is a role within a large housing group with a collaborative culture and flexible adjustments.

Competenze

• Front of House experience in residential or hospitality setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Able to use initiative and prioritise workload.
• Confident handling complaints and difficult situations.

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to all residents and guests.
• Conducting regular building checks and ensuring communal areas are clean and secure.
