Job summary

Building Recruitment Co Ltd is seeking a Housing Night Concierge in Bath to ensure a safe, supportive environment for residents during evening and waking night shifts. You will conduct building checks, patrols, monitor CCTV, and respond to safety concerns with detailed handovers.

The role requires a calm, professional approach, attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Full training is provided, with shifts including 4pm–2am and 4 on/4 off in Bath or nearby Trowbridge.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
• Calm, professional approach when dealing with residents and incidents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular building checks and patrols.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents in line with policies.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of events and handovers between shifts.
• Provide verbal and written handovers to ensure smooth shift transitions.
