Job description

Bassingham Care Centre part of the Confident Care Homes is looking to appoint a Night Health Care Assistant at their busy nursing and residential home.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living activities such as eating, showering and using the toilet/personal care.
• Utilising equipment to move patients when necessary.
• Assisting nurses and other staff when needed.
• Adhering to professional standards.
• Shifts available are 7am-7pm 12‑hour shifts only, 3 nights 36 hours.
• Working alternate weekends on a rota basis.

Full paid training is provided; experience in dementia/nursing care is ideal but not essential. NVQ 2/3 is desirable but can be provided. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

You must hold a valid driving licence and have access to, or your own car due to our rural location. Enhanced DBS is required; the cost is to be met by the applicant.
