While the resort sleeps, our Night Front Office team keeps everything running seamlessly. As the face of our hotel throughout the night, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, professional support and outstanding service at any hour.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines guest service, problem solving and overnight administration, making it perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently and delivering five-star experiences.

- Previous experience in a hotel, customer service or front office role would be advantageous, although full training will be provided
Implementing Our "Yes, We Can" Philosophy, You Will
- Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night, delivering exceptional service and support
- Welcome late arrivals and assist with overnight check-ins and early departures
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns promptly, professionally and efficiently
- Complete nightly auditing procedures, ensuring all guest accounts, charges and financial transactions are processed accurately
- Prepare operational reports and complete overnight administrative tasks to support the wider resort operation
- Work closely with Security, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth and effective overnight operation
- Monitor public areas and maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues
- Anticipate guest needs and take every opportunity to exceed expectations
- Ensure all overnight procedures and compliance requirements are completed to company standards
- Deliver a smooth handover to the daytime Front Office team, ensuring the resort is ready for a successful day ahead
