We are looking for a Guest Services Associate – Nights tohelp deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout the overnight operation.Acting as one of the key points of contact for our guests, you will provide awarm welcome, deliver outstanding service and ensure the smooth running of thehotel during the night.
Working closely with the Night Duty Manager and Front ofHouse Manager, you will support all aspects of the overnight operation, fromguest arrivals and departures to night audit procedures, preparing the hotelfor the following day and assisting departments across the hotel as required.
