Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central is seeking a Night Duty Manager to oversee overnight hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and security. You will lead night audits, handle guest issues, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and Reception to prepare for the next day.

The role requires prior hotel front office or night supervisory experience, knowledge of night audit procedures, and the ability to stay calm in emergencies.

Qualificações

• Experience in hotel front office or supervisory night role.
• Understanding of night audit procedures (training provided if needed).
• Ability to stay calm and make confident decisions in emergencies.
• Self-reliant, responsible and proactive in solving problems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee night audits, end-of-day reporting, and financial reconciliation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all guest issues and emergencies overnight.
• Ensure guest check-ins/outs are completed efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor the building’s security and perform regular night walks and health & safety checks.
• Assist with cleaning, stock control, and light F&B duties where required.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reception to ensure next-day readiness.
• Support and guide any night staff on duty, ensuring policies and standards are followed.
• Respond to fire alarms or incidents in line with the hotel’s emergency procedures.
