Job summary

Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central is seeking a dedicated Night Duty Manager to oversee the overnight hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and security. You will manage audits, financial reconciliation, and act as the main contact for overnight emergencies.

The role requires prior hotel front office or supervisory night experience, calm decision-making under pressure, and familiarity with PMS systems.

Ability to perform night audits and end-of-day reporting.
Calm decision-maker in emergencies or high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

Oversee night audits, end-of-day reporting, and financial reconciliation.
Act as the primary point of contact for guest issues and emergencies overnight.
Ensure guest check-ins/outs are completed efficiently and professionally.
Monitor building security and conduct regular night walks and safety checks.
Assist with cleaning, stock control, and light F&B duties as needed.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reception for next-day readiness.
Support and guide night staff, ensuring policies and standards are followed.
Respond to fire alarms or incidents per emergency procedures.
