Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central, part of the Accor Group, is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations and guest service on-site in London. You will supervise reception, F&B and housekeeping teams, ensuring smooth check-ins, service standards and safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage busy periods with a calm, guest‑focused approach. English fluency and right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Hotel Front Office and/or F&B supervisory experience.
• Confident, approachable, and hands-on demeanor.
• Multitasks well and stays calm under pressure.
• Tech-savvy; Opera Cloud experience is a bonus.
• Knowledge of health & safety and GDPR basics.
• Strong communication; fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Right to work in the UK; flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and daily coverage.
• Be visible in public areas; resolve guest issues promptly.
• Supervise shifts; coordinate Reception, F&B and Housekeeping.
• Assist during busy periods with check-ins, breakfast, bar, and back-office tasks.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor feedback and handle escalations professionally.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and service standards.
• Work the Duty Management rota, including weekends.
