Job summary

Village Hotels - Swindon is seeking a Night Porter to be the engine of the overnight shift. You will greet guests arriving late, manage late-night bar service, and ensure a warm, seamless welcome for all guests while upholding security and safety.

You will also handle night audits, cash handling, and operate the hotel switchboard. The role requires a friendly, energetic team player who can multi-task in a busy environment and support the day team on site.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Checking in late arrivals and bidding farewell to early guests with warmth and energy, promoting facilities upsells.
• The Protector: Conducting overnight safety checks, managing night audits, cash handling, and the hotel switchboard.
• The All-Rounder: Supporting bar service, room service, cleaning public areas, and setting up meeting rooms for the day shift.
