Village Hotels Swindon is seeking a Night Porter to run the overnight shift, welcoming late arrivals, performing security rounds, handling night audits and bar service. You’ll be the engine of the night, ensuring guests feel cared for from check-in to wake-up.

Responsibilities

• The Welcome: Checking in late arrivals and seeing off the early birds with a warm, energetic approach, ensuring they feel at home.
• The Protector: Keeping guests and the building secure with overnight safety checks, while confidently managing night audits, cash handling, and the hotel switchboard.
• The All-Rounder: Being the ultimate hands-on team player by pouring a late night pint in the Pub, preparing room service, cleaning public areas, and setting up meeting rooms so the day team can hit the ground running.
