Village Hotels in Leeds is seeking a Night Porter to ensure exceptional overnight service. You will work with the Night team, handle check-ins, prep room service orders, and serve at the bar, solving guest issues on the fly.

This versatile role supports all departments and guides the guest journey from arrival to departure, helping maintain a lively, welcoming atmosphere across our busy hotel and health club.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and guest handling skills.
• Ability to resolve guest issues efficiently and positively.
• Flexible, able to work across night shifts and lone-working duty.
• Good communication and teamwork across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out during night hours.
• Prepare room service orders and serve at the bar.
• Support all hotel departments as needed.
