Overview

Night Care Team Leader - Bank Team. Pay rate: Up to £15.35 per hour + paid breaks. Hours: Bank Team. Location: Fairlawn, our purpose-built residential and dementia care home based in Ferndown, Dorset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery of quality care to residents alongside a team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
• Ensure the team are supported and have guidance throughout their shift
• Administration of medication to residents
• Liaising with external medical professionals and residents' families
• Ensuring care is delivered to the highest standards in line with Care South's

Qualifications

• Completed an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Fully competent in medication administration
• Natural leader with the ability to inspire and nurture a team
