Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Night Care Team Leader at Bluegrove House Care Home in London to lead a dedicated care team and ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care through night shifts. You will oversee personal care, medication administration, and daily living support while coordinating with families and health professionals.

The role requires a 24-hour contract (including alternate weekends) with night shifts 20:00–08:15 and a background in social care, plus QCF Level 2 or higher.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).
• 24 hour contract (Including alternate weekends).
• Night shifts 20:00 - 08:15.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.
