Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at Grevill House in Cheltenham to lead a compassionate care team and provide high-quality support to residents. You will supervise personal care, support wellbeing, and coordinate meaningful activities in a warm home environment.

The role offers 36 hours per week with day shifts, ongoing professional development with funded training up to QCF Level 5, and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).
• 36 hours per week (day shifts).
• Availability to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
