Job summary

Agincare Weymouth currently seeks an experienced care professional to join our team in a care home environment. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with personal care, dignity, and independence on a daily basis.

The role includes administering medications safely, contributing to and reviewing care plans, leading activities and outings, and guiding other team members as needed. Nights are 8pm–8am with 12‑hour shifts, and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 - Health and Social care qualification
• NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• Full time availability of 42 hours per week
• Night shifts are from 8pm to 8am (12 hours shifts)
• Required to work alternate weekends
