Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at Beaufort Park Retirement Village in Burnham-on-Sea. The role focuses on leading care delivery, supporting residents with daily living, and promoting wellbeing in a welcoming home environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.

We’re looking for

• Availability to work alternate weekends
