Job summary

Agincare Homes Holdings is seeking a Care Team Leader at The Chestnuts to lead a dedicated care team in a home-like setting for residents. The role emphasizes high-quality care, companionship, and supporting daily living activities.

The position is full-time, 42 hours per week with alternate weekends, offering development opportunities and funded training up to QCF Level 5 within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Support and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management.

We’re looking for:

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care
• QCF Level 2 (or above)
• This is a full time role working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends

Your role:
