Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader for The Croft Care Home in Amersham. You will lead the care team to provide high-quality care, support residents with daily living, and oversee medication and records. The role includes night shifts (42 hours/week) and collaboration with families and health professionals.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 or above.
• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship.
• Support residents with personal care and daily living.
• Encourage independence and wellbeing.
• Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings.
• Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping.
• Work closely with families and healthcare professionals.
• Guide and support the care team, stepping up in absence of senior management.

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care
• QCF Level 2 (or above)
• 42 hours per week (night shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends

Your Role
