Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader at The Chestnuts to lead by example, provide high-quality care and companionship, and support residents with personal care and daily living. The role includes planning meaningful activities, overseeing medication administration and records, and working closely with families and healthcare professionals to maintain a safe, welcoming home.

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).
