Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking an experienced Night Care Team Leader for The Croft Care Home in the Chesham area. The role focuses on leading a care team to provide high-quality, compassionate care and to support residents with daily living during night shifts.

You will oversee medication administration, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure safe, personalised care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social care.
• Ability to lead by example and support a care team.

What we offer:

• 42 hours per week (night shifts)
• Availability to work alternate weekends
