Agincare is seeking a Night Care Team Leader at Bluegrove House Care Home in London to lead by example, deliver high-quality care, and support residents and staff across night shifts from 20:00 to 08:15.

The role requires at least 2 years in social care, QCF Level 2+, and right to work in the UK, with a 24-hour contract and alternate weekends. Benefits include training up to QCF Level 5, pension, and on-demand pay.
