Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust in Stowmarket is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our busy NHS building. You will be the friendly first point of contact for patients and visitors, and support clinical staff with front-desk tasks.

You will work from Stowlodge with on-site admin support, handling reception duties, coordinating meetings, and using systems like SystmOne. NHS experience is helpful but not required, and training opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• This is a patient facing role where you will communicate directly with the general public.
• NHS experience isn't a requirement for this role but would be preferred.

Mansioni

• Work from Stowlodge with support from an administrator on site.
• This is a varied role - no two days are the same!
• Provide reception support within a busy NHS building.
• Arrange meetings, maintain staff files, order stock, collect data, create templates, issue equipment.
