West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking a receptionist to join the Little Waltham and Great Notley Surgery teams, working across both sites with flexible full-time or part-time hours, including mornings, afternoons and evenings, plus 1 in 12 Saturday mornings. You may need to cover annual leave.

In this frontline role, you will help patients access services, keep health records up to date, and ensure bookings are well-managed.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills with a clear and polite telephone manner.
• Be a team player and collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong IT and administration skills are required.
• Must be flexible to cover annual leave.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and direct all patients.
• Make appointments and issue appointment cards as required.
• Process letters, forms, specimen bottles, etc.
• Handle information requests and manage problems and complaints.
• Advise patients on practice procedures.
• Register new patients.
• Answer telephone promptly.
