Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust in Stowmarket is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our busy NHS building. You will be the friendly first point of contact for patients and visitors, and support clinical staff with front-desk tasks.

You will work from Stowlodge with on-site admin support, handling reception duties, coordinating meetings, and using systems like SystmOne. NHS experience is helpful but not required, and training opportunities are offered.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and organised Receptionist to join our professional team in Stowmarket.

We are an Integrated Team comprising of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers and support staff. Our focus is on quality holistic care of those in our local community.

You would be expected to work from Stowlodge with support from an administrator on site.

You will be expected to work autonomously to provide reception support within a busy NHS building.

This role requires the use of multiple systems including Systmone our patient recording system

You will be arranging meetings, maintaining staff files, ordering stock, collecting data, creating templates, issuing equipment to name a few of the tasks involved in this role

We would also expect you to share our passion for delivering excellent patient care
