What you'll do

• Design, maintain and improve large-scale network, security and telephony systems
• Lead on new implementations and infrastructure projects
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support and take part in the on-call rota
• Work closely with suppliers, project teams and senior stakeholders
• Champion ITIL best practice and high service standards
