Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a Non-Household Metering Analyst to deliver data-driven insights for the NHH smart metering programme. You will turn complex information into actionable guidance, support retailers and business customers with metering escalations, and help improve performance and customer experience.

You’ll work with the NHH Metering team, contractors, retailers, MOSL interfaces, and business customers to enable better operational decisions and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with operational data and performance reporting.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate clear, meaningful insights.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting on NHH smart metering programme performance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Turn data and findings into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making.
• Work closely with operational teams to improve processes, performance and targeting.
• Support the investigation of metering escalations and performance issues using data-led insight.
• Support NHH market and regulatory reporting requirements.
