Thames Water Ltd is seeking an analytical NHH Metering Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions in the non-household metering programme. You will work with retailers, MOSL interfaces and business customers to investigate and resolve metering issues and support regulatory reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting on NHH smart metering performance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Turn data and findings into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making.
• Work closely with operational teams to improve processes, performance and targeting.
• Support investigation of metering escalations and performance issues using data-led insight.
• Support NHH market and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitor enquiries and escalations, coordinating with field and scheduling teams to resolve issues.
• Respond to retailer and business customer queries professionally and effectively.
• Provide wider metering analysis and support as required.
