Job summary

Pertemps Thames Water is recruiting a Non-Household (NHH) Metering Analyst in Slough. The role involves transforming complex metering data into actionable insights to support programme performance and operational decisions.

You will investigate escalations, collaborate with retailers and business customers, and help drive smart metering rollout for non-household customers. The position is full-time with hybrid working at Worcester House, Langley.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with operational data and performance reporting.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate clear insights.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with data.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting on NHH smart metering programme performance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Turn data and findings into clear, actionable insights that support better decision-making.
• Work closely with operational teams to improve processes, performance and targeting.
• Support the investigation of metering escalations and performance issues using data-led insight.
• Support NHH market and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitor enquiries and escalations, working with field teams, scheduling teams and contractors to resolve issues and keep activity moving.
• Respond to retailer and business customer queries professionally and effectively.
• Provide wider metering analysis and support as required.
