To be successful in this role our client has said it is essential that candidates:

What You'll be Doing:
  • Respond to incoming inquiries via various channels (phone, email, live chat) from Malay-speaking clients promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about forex trading platforms, products, services, and account-related queries.
  • Assist clients with onboarding, including account registration, verification, and documentation requirements.
  • Guide clients in navigating trading platforms, explaining basic trading concepts, and providing technical support as needed.
  • Resolve client issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as compliance and sales, to ensure seamless client experiences and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge of forex trading, customer service skills, and company offerings.
