Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales, including affordable housing schemes.
• Knowledge of shared ownership process and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes from inquiry to completion.
